1. Information collected and how it is collected

The Clinic collects the following through the quick inquiry form on this website, and separately compiles aggregate visit statistics.

• Information is collected only when the visitor enters it in the inquiry form.
• The IP address itself is never stored. Only an irreversible value is kept, solely to prevent repeated submissions from the same source.
• Aggregate visit statistics are collected to understand how the website is used. Only the date, the page viewed, the device type (mobile or desktop), and the referring website are counted; no information that identifies an individual is stored.
• Cookies are not used for the statistics the Clinic compiles itself. To count daily visitors, the IP address is converted into an irreversible value used for that day only; the value differs on another day for the same visitor, so visitors cannot be tracked across days. It is deleted after 90 days.
• Separately, Google Analytics 4 is used to understand how the website is used. It stores a cookie on the visitor's device and collects the visit date and time, the pages viewed, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location and referring site. Names, phone numbers and inquiry messages are never sent to it. Details are in section 6.
• No advertising tracking tools or visitor profiling are used.

2. Purpose of processing

The information is used only to respond to inquiries and to arrange appointments. It is not used for any other purpose or provided to third parties.

3. Retention period

• Inquiries are kept for six months after the consultation is completed, then deleted without delay.
• Inquiries that have not been completed are deleted six months after they were received.
• Deletion is automatic and no separate copies are retained.

4. Destruction procedure

Personal information past its retention period is deleted from the database in a manner that cannot be recovered. No printed copies are kept.

5. Outsourcing and overseas transfer

The Clinic outsources website operation as follows. Because the processor is located overseas, the details are disclosed pursuant to Article 28-8 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

• You may refuse the transfer by not using the online inquiry form. The same consultation is available by telephone at 051-819-2004.

6. Overseas transfer through Google Analytics

The Clinic uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used. The following information is therefore transferred overseas, and the details are disclosed pursuant to Article 28-8 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

• Names, phone numbers and inquiry messages are never sent to Google.
• You may refuse by blocking cookies in your browser settings or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Blocking cookies does not limit your use of this website.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time. Contact the officer listed below and we will act without delay.

8. Security measures

• The entire website is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
• Inquiries can only be viewed by clinic staff who have passed administrator authentication.
• Repeated password attempts on the administrator page are limited to block unauthorised access.
• IP addresses are stored only as irreversible values, never in their original form.
• Information past its retention period is destroyed automatically.

9. Children under 14

The Clinic does not collect personal information from children under the age of 14. For inquiries concerning a child, please apply using the legal guardian's own information.

Any addition, deletion or amendment will be announced on this website at least seven days before it takes effect.
